When you place an order with Retouch Brands, you agree to enter into a contract with us. Once your order has been received, we will send you an order confirmation email confirming your order and detailing your name, address and order details, as well as the good(s) you have purchased and their prices. As soon as your order is dispatched the contract is accepted by us, and you will receive an order dispatch email . The order dispatch email will include a tracking number where you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Retouch Brands website is intended to be available for access throughout the day, all days of the week, though it happens, that access is restricted due to technical updates or maintains.

As a user of this website you have been granted a restricted authorization. If you use this website in any way for downloading and/or distributing unauthorized materials such as photographs, graphics, prices and content, your permission to access the website will be withdrawn. If you wish to use materials from the Retouch Brands website, then you must seek permission to do so directly from Retouch Brands S.L.

Shopping on the Retouch Brands website takes place through the placing of orders online. All prices on the website include VAT (16%), and prices apply at the time of purchase. We list product availability online but occasionally a product may be sold out at the time of purchase, in such case; the product cost is deducted from the overall invoice.

NOTE, Retouch Brands, S.L. will not charge nor collect VAT and/Duty on products shipped to countries out of European Union, the receiver of the goods is responsible for this.

From the point at which you place an order with Retouch Brands, your parcel is packed and dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. From the time your parcel is dispatched until arrival to your address typically takes 3 - 5 working days.
Dispatch times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed as we have collaborative partners who deliver on behalf of Retouch Brands S.L.

We currently accept a variety of payment forms including VISA, MasterCard and PayPal. Money is only drawn from your card after your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

All goods should be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy, which can be located in our FAQ section.

Cancellation of goods should be sent to us no later than 14 days after you have received your shipment. You are requested to return cancelled goods in the same condition as they were when they were received. If you cancel an order after dispatch from our warehouse, you are required to pay for return delivery charges. If you cancel an order before dispatch, we will simply delete your order including payment.

If against expectations a product is faulty you have the right to return these within 24 months. You will then be reimbursed for the faulty goods including shipping costs.
Your claim requires that the goods were not faulty due to your inappropriate use of the goods. You should make your claim as soon as you discover the fault, and please explain the precise fault in writing when you return the goods to us to the following address:
