Paris Hilton jets into Melbourne
The Pied Piper of Paris took hundreds of fans with her down Chapel Street this afternoon, when she went shopping in Melbourne.

Hilton caused a media frenzy when she flew into Melbourne this morning. She caused one of the biggest paparazzi storms Melbourne Airport has ever seen when she walked through the arrivals gate at 10:55am, with sister Nicky, Nicky's boyfriend David Katzenberg and Paris's new best friend Brittany Flickinger. |

The heiress signed autographs and Playboy magazines for the throng of fans who had turned out for her arrival. The posse quickly left the airport and headed into a black Lexus bound for South Yarra's Como hotel. Hilton gave a quick wave to waiting media as she entered the plush hotel, leaving staff to collect the group's sixteen suitcases.
Hilton is only staying in Melbourne until Tuesday morning, when she will head for Sydney where she is the star guest at a New Year's Eve bash, for which she is being paid a hefty sum. |
