How soon will I receive my package, and what is the cost?
Your order is shipped using FedEx Express, depending on the destination it takes about 2 – 5 days to reach your doorstep. For shipping to European Union, United States of America and Canada, we charge a low flat fee of 6.99 Euro per order, for the rest of countries we charge a flat fee of 19.99 Euro per order – as such, buying more products will not cost extra.
We are proud to offer fast, reliable, and free shipping on every orders priced 99 euro (about 150 USD, 750 DKK, 90 GBP) or greater using FedEx. All orders priced 98.99 or below will be charged domestic and or international rates.
Most areas receive overnight delivery. No orders will be shipped during weekends or holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day. Please contact customer service for more details.
What is the name of Retouch’s forwarding company?
We use FedEx to deliver your package. Once your goods have been collected by FedEx from our warehouse we will forward a shipping confirmation email, which includes a FedEx tracking number, allowing you to follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
Ways to pay
Of credit cards you can easy and peace of mind use VISA, MasterCard and payments via PayPal are accepted as well.
Note, the Retouch Brands, S.L. website is protected with the highest level of security (256 bit encryption provided by GeoTrust). Furthermore, the actual payment is solely a matter between your and our banks and we are never given access to your credit card details.
Where is my parcel – track and trace?

Can I get my goods delivered to my work address?
Absolutely, whatever is more convenient for you! When placing the order on our website simply enter your work address in the delivery box.

Currently we deliver to all countries.
Do you have shops?
Indeed! Paris Hilton stores have been opened throughout the world – and more being added every month. Pay us a visit in Manchester, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, China, Japan, Vietnam, Chile ... to fully enjoy the Paris Hilton experience. On our website you will also find a section displaying pictures of shops from around the world.
How do I find out when Paris Hilton is coming to my city?
Paris travels the world continuously; chances are that she will visit your city at some point. For security reasons we can unfortunately not publish her calendar on this site.

To ensure you real-time updated information about product availability, prices etc. we can only receive orders placed on our website. In other words, unfortunately you cannot place orders by phone or email.
